CURRITUCK COUNTY — North Carolina's Division of Community Corrections informed NC WANTED that another probation absconder has been arrested.

Wayne Ray Gross, 59, was convicted of driving while impaired on October 12, 2005. He was sentenced to supervised probation in Currituck County, but he skipped out on his punishment and has been living as a fugitive for over 3 years.

Details of his arrest were not available.
