Too many sleepless nights? This is a weary-eyed John Gregory McCormick in his arrest photo. He's the ex-Chapel Hill Lawyer who is charged with embezzlement and was disbarred by the North Carolina State Bar. He's been on the run for 13 months. He was nabbed by a Phoenix PD officer as McCormick sat on a park bench. The officer got McCormick's NC Driver's License, ran a check and discovered his fugitive status.
