MECKLENBURG COUNTY: On May 26, 2006 at approximately 7 p.m., the clerk of Cash Pawn America off Wilkinson Boulevard in Charlotte was outside smoking a cigarette getting ready to close the store.
As he was walking back inside, Jerel Lamar Davis and a black male accomplice allegedly held the store clerk at gunpoint and forced him inside the store. While the accomplice kept the clerk at gunpoint, Davis traveled back and forth to his car taking various items with him.
They left the store with a large amount of jewelry and cash.
