Rocky Mount Police Chief John Manley says he believes it’s the work of a serial killer, which begs the question: How many more victims are there?

This is a notion many in this community find hard to swallow. Believe it. We are no different than any other community when it comes to violent crime. I think where we differ is how we deal with it.

I’ve learned North Carolinians are resilient people. Crimes are solved by people, the public. It’s something we preach on NC Wanted. If you know something about a crime, tell someone about it. It’s your civic responsibility, and it helps law enforcement solve these horrible crimes.
