This is the hammer Toby Roberts used to beat his ex-girlfriend in August 2003. The hammer eventually broke from the force of his attack. His ex-girlfriend survived the beating, even after Roberts stabbed her multiple times. He is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury in Rockingham County.
