FAYETTEVILLE — A Fayetteville police officer is nursing minor injuries after a strange accident Tuesday.
A deer jumped out in front of her cruiser on Ramsey Street early Tuesday morning. After she hit the deer, a truck ran into the cruiser from behind.
The driver of the truck wasn't hurt.
