
WAKE COUNTY — WAKE COUNTY: Raleigh Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have teamed up to find a man who is considered armed and dangerous. His name is Jonathan Lamar Davis.
The FBI told NC WANTED that on January 14, 2008 around 11:00am, Davis walked into the Wachovia Bank located at 8901 Six Forks Road in Raleigh. He approached the teller, produced a shotgun and demanded money. When the teller didn’t move fast enough for Davis, he struck her over the head with the shotgun barrel and fired into the ceiling. Davis proceeded to rob the bank and then took off.
He was last seen driving a white vehicle that was later recovered in Raleigh.
It’s possible that during the robbery, Davis wore a white toboggan, black sunglasses, and a black quarter-length coat with fur around the hood, dark pants, yellow gloves, and work boots. He was carrying a black nylon bag or case, and a shotgun.
