- November 9, 2005 at a family member’s residence off Progress Street in Fayetteville, NC
- July 2006, police say they received a tip that Parham had been seen at a restaurant/bar in Fayetteville, NC called Fat Daddy’s Market & Grill off Skibo Road

Fayetteville, NC
Police say Parham is armed and dangerous and is a threat to the public. He’s been in and out of prison a number of times on various charges. They say because Parham was born in Fayetteville and has both immediate and extended family in that area, they believe it’s a place that he’s comfortable would most probably be.

Reward:
A reward of upwards of $25,000 is being offered to information leading to Parham’s arrest.
