CLAYTON, N.C. — Johnston County deputies arrested a Clayton man Wednesday and said he was exposing himself near a school bus stop.

Neal Jeffrey Bass, 42, was charged with felony indecent exposure.

A resident in the Broadmoor subdivision called authorities Wednesday morning to report a man standing near a barn exposing himself. Authorities said the alleged flashing occurred on Cleveland Road in the Cleveland community within view of a bus stop.

Seven elementary school children were at the bus stop, but the investigating deputy said he doesn't think any of the children saw the man.
