FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The investigation into a years-long disappearance in Fayetteville continues between Fayetteville police and the FBI.
Police and the FBI are asking the public for help in learning more about specifics on Blake Deven and London Deven's last known whereabouts.

On Thursday, Fayetteville police issued a release and said they're building a timeline for when and where Blake Deven and London Deven were last seen. Police said the Deven family came to Fayetteville in 2015 and moved to a home on Eichelberger Drive in November 2016. They lived at that home until June 2019.

Another family who currently lives at that home is cooperating with police. They are not considered suspects.

The Deven family eventually moved to a home on Berriedale Drive near near Tarbert Avenue.

Investigators are asking anyone who visited either of those homes for whatever reason to contact them.

In the search for Blake Deven, 17, and London Deven, 27, Fayetteville police found partial human skeletal remains in April. Investigators have not confirmed if the remains are connected to Blake Deven and London Deven. Testing for identification is said to take "weeks or months." Police also said testing does not always result in a positive identification.

Anyone with information should call the FBI at 1-800-225-5324 or the Fayetteville Police Department tipline at 910-578-2697.
