US-64 reopened after overturned dump truck caused traffic delays

An overturned dump truck was causing traffic delays on US-64 on Monday afternoon.

The Kelly Road ramp in the eastbound lanes of US-64 was closed, and the highway was also down to one lane.

According to a witness on the scene, workers appeared to be cleaning up a full bed of dirt that had been dumped out. Multiple agencies were responding to the scene.

The accident cleared just around 3:49 p.m.
